Below, you will find important dates and deadlines for application submissions, room selection, payment due dates, and more. Be sure to mark your calendars and check back regularly for updates!

| February 27, 2025 | 2025-2026 Academic Year Application Opens starting at 7:30AM |
| February 28, 2025 | $450 Initial Payment or Deferment Form Available on the Housing Portal (must complete this step to be eligible for room assignments) |
| February 28, 2025 | View potential roommates in the Housing Portal and create roommate groups |
| May 1, 2025 | Intent to Enroll Deadline (must pay with campus and sign up for an oritentation date to be elible for room assignments) |
| May 15, 2025 | Roomate Group Dealine for First Year Students & Initial Payment must be complete for 1st round of assignments |
| Mid-June | Room assignments begin and will be on-going through summer. |
| Mid July 2025 | Room Change Request Form Closes (for assigned students) |
| Mid July 2025 | Fall Move-In Appointments Open (for assigned students) |
| July 21, 2025 | Last day to cancel Fall Room assignment without financial penalties |
| July 28, 2025 | Fall Housing Fees Posted on Bronco Direct |
| August 13, 2025 | Fall 2025 Semester Housing Fees - 1st Installment Due |
