Policies, Processes, and Procedures

Overview

Residents of University Housing Services are expected to review and follow the policies, processes, and procedures outlined in their Student Housing License Agreement.

UHS embraces the diversity of its students, fostering a community grounded in the Principles of Community that define our shared values and shape our interactions. These principles—mutual respect, personal growth, belonging, and integrity—serve as the foundation for an inclusive and supportive living environment where all individuals are valued and empowered to thrive. UHS aligns with the policies and practices of both California State University (CSU) and Cal Poly Pomona to ensure equitable access to housing and campus life.

Student Housing License Agreement

All UHS residents must agree to and sign the Student Housing License Agreement, which outlines the specific dates of occupancy, terms and conditions, policies, and community expectations. This agreement also details billing, cancellations, room changes, and conduct expectations.

For more information, please refer to the Student Housing License Agreement or contact University Housing Services for clarification.
