World War II Discussion

Discussion Leaders, Kendall Haun, Alex Maravilla, and Leilani Scott Young hosted World War II discussions at Cal Poly Pomona and the Japanese American National Museum (JANM). Participants had the opportunity to discover how World War II shaped both the individual and national identities of Californians. These discussions were based on Jeanne Wakatsuki & James Houston's book Farewell to Manzanar and the film Stand Up for Justice directed by John Esaki.
