Transfer Bridge
About the Program
Transfer Bridge (TB) is a FREE comprehensive, two-day summer transition program designed to assist Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) transfer students in transition from community college to the university setting by providing a wide range of educational, personal, social, and cultural enrichment opportunities.
We understand our EOP transfer students come to Cal Poly Pomona with unique lived experiences and a wealth of knowledge and skill sets yet transitioning to a new college environment can be intimidating.
