EOP Advising specializes in working holistically with first-generation college students as they transition to and through college by providing supplemental academic support, coaching, and mentorship to reach their academic and career goals. EOP Advisors approach students through an equity-based lens with a deepened understanding of the academic, social, and professional needs of first-generation college students and partner with various advising units across campus to ensure student success. EOP Advising offers individual and group advising, peer mentors, and seminars to foster and promote academic success such as financial literacy, graduate school prep, and wellness and self-care.
