UHS Facilities
University Housing Services Facilities department is responsible for the custodial services and maintenance for the department’s buildings. Please submit a work order request for any custodial or maintenance requests, most work orders are completed within 3 days.
Pest Control
Please submit a work order for pest control. Custodial services will first inspect the unit and determine if we need to call out a vendor to address the issue. It is important that units are kept clean and trash cans are emptied daily, so that pests are not encouraged by a food source. In order for a vendor to provide a service, all residents of the unit will need to sign the written consent and instructions from the vendor.
Emergency Preparedness
Please look on the back of your bedroom door which will indicate the evacuation route out of your building. In the event of a building evacuation, please exit the building in an orderly fashion and assemble in the designated evacuation areas, or follow the instructions from the UHS staff.
