Year-Round Virtual STEM Programs
The College of the Extended University, in partnership with STEM Center USA, is proud to provide a unique blend of online STEM classes for students in K-12th grades. Our live online program has been developed specifically to meet the math and ELA standards and requirements for students enrolled in the Migrant Education Program.
All courses integrate parallel Math and ELA standards with STEM concepts. Content for each class aligns with the State Service Delivery Plan for Migrant Education students. Online and hybrid courses for 4th-12th grade students include daily interactive video lessons, at-home projects, and small group learning sessions. In addition, all students complete pre-and post-assessments on coding capabilities, STEM concepts, creative design, and math applications. Program directors and district administrators receive this data at the end of each class.
These interactive programs will excite, inspire, and engage students. Participants will learn new skills, collaborate with other students, and gain insight into some of today's fastest-growing industries from the comfort of their home or in a classroom with their peers!
