Registration opened Monday, August 12, 2:00 p.m.

Registration closes Saturday, August 31, 11:59 p.m.

How to Register 

Ensure your bylaws are approved, that your president, treasurer, scheduler, advisor have completed all their leadership toolkit sessions in CPP Learning, and that you have 5 members to list, and your President and Treasurer is not the same person.

  • Log into myBAR
  • Select Organizations
  • Click Register an Organization
    • New clubs select "Register New"
  • Find your Organization
  • Build your registration form

Once you've provided ALL requested information, don't forget to click "submit."

Registration Timeline 

  • Step 1: Registration Proposal March 29-June 30
  • Step 2: Bylaws Review July 5-July 31
  • Step 3: Workshop Completion August 1-August 31
  • Step 4: Submit Registration August 12-August 31
  • Step 5: Last day that the BLC can approve organizations September 9

What is Fully Registered?

You are not fully registered with The Bronco Leadership Center until you have completed all the steps, and received an approval confirmation.

You cannot reserve rooms in 25Live, process disbursement requests or purchase orders with ASI Financial Services, or place flyers on-campus until you are fully registered. 

What does the "Pending" status mean on the Registration Proposal? 

Your Registration Proposal and other submitted documents will remain "pending" throughout the registration process. This will allow edits if necessary (ex. Advisor change, E-board change, etc.) 

I need to replace an officer from my club, what do I do?

Email leadership@cpp.edu to let us know who the new officer is so they can be assigned the required workshops. You can also send them the workshops listed on the toolkit.

When can I book spaces on 25Live? 

25Live Reservations begin on Thursday, August 22 ONLY for fully registered clubs/organizations.
