Mail (USPS)
Postal mail and any packages from USPS, FedEX, UPS, etc. are delivered to the main office. Residents will be notified to pick up their mail or packages.
Your mail should be addressed as follows:

Package Delivery
Mail or packages that require a signature from the carrier or larger than the mailbox capacity, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL or Airborne, are received in the Housing Office located in Building 74. You will receive an email if you have received a package. Any package not picked up within 10 days of the first notice will be returned to the sender. To retrieve your package or letter, you must present a picture ID, between the hours 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please send all packages early enough to be received before any semester breaks; this includes packages sent meant for arrival in time for finals week. Please note that packages delivered via the United States Postal service are often delayed 2-5 business days due to increased distribution and routing time. Please send any perishable items in sealed zip lock bags or similar protective containers.

After Check-Out Change of Address
Upon proper check-out from the housing facility, it is the responsibility of the Licensee to inform Cal Poly Pomona’s Distribution Services of his/her correct forwarding address. Please notify businesses and other correspondents at least 6 weeks in advance of an address change to ensure proper delivery of your mail. All subsequent mail and packages will be returned to sender. All services and complaints must be handled directly with David Segal, Interim Manager of Distribution Services. Phone: 909-869-4702.
A change of address may be submitted via the Housing Portal or by sending a Change of Address form to the campus Distribution Services, via campus mail or in person, to Building 98, B1-258. Any issues with mail services should be directed to Distribution Services at (909) 869-3349.
