Italy - Apicius Program
Cal Poly Pomona students have the opportunity to attend the four-week Apicius Program in Italy. Students will participate in a Study Abroad program in Italy that is taught and administered by Florence University of the Arts (FUA). The program begins with a 7-day excursion, studying Italian culture and history by visiting notable destinations. Once students settle in Florence, Italy, the students will begin their 3-week course work to further learn about Italian culture. Students can earn up to 9 transferrable units towards graduation.
