VITA Hours and Locations

What you will need:

1. Picture ID for taxpreparer (an Spouse, If filing jointly)
2. Social Security Card for Each Person Listed on the return
3. Proof of Income, such as W-2s and 1099s - If applicable

Optional:

1. Document for deductible expenses such as home mortgage, interest or real estate Taxes
2. IF anyone in the household is insured through the marketplace, form 1095-A
3. Dependent Proof of Income
4. Account and routing numbers for direct deposit of refunds.  If any.
