Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (RSCA) Mini-Grant Program
RSCA 2025-26 funding is provided by the Chancellor's Office to support faculty scholarship.
PIs may request either 3 WTU academic year reassignment or up to $5,000 for research expenses and/or a summer stipend for themselves. With the addition of students to support the proposed scholarly activity, requests may increase to a maximum of $10,000. RSCA 2025-26 funding is open to all members of Unit 3 - Faculty, Librarians, Coaches, and Counselors. Please note that all awardees must comply with CSU training requirements for Title IX, FERPA and Data Security, and others.
Proposals submitted to this program must follow the 2025-26 RSCA Faculty Mini-Grant Guidelines available at the link provided below and will be reviewed by the Council for Graduate and Faculty Scholarship (Research Council), an elected committee consisting of a representative from each College.
Applications must be submitted electronically by midnight, Sunday, February 9, 2025 through the InfoReady website - navigate to the competition titled "2025 RSCA Faculty Mini-grant Program." Please note that the InfoReady site will not be open until announced by an email to the campus community in late 2024.
Be sure to follow the 2025-26 RSCA Guidelines to ensure a competitive proposal, because there have been changes to the program this year.
