Biennial Supervisor Training: Anti-Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation
The Supervisor Online Training program is currently undergoing improvements and is on hold until further notice. Employees will receive notice once the new training system is launched and available for completion.
In addition to the annual requirement for all CSU employees to participate in the CSU Sexual Misconduct Prevention Program in accordance with Executive Order 1095, supervisors are required to participate in an additional Anti-Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation training every two years. Supervisors/leads are considered as any employee that has a direct report. At Cal Poly Pomona, we believe that all students and our employees have the right to live, learn, and work in an environment free of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. These trainings will help you further understand your rights and role surrounding this important topic.
To check if you are in compliance with CSU policies, please visit CPP Learning and log in with your BroncoName and BroncoPassword. Under the Assigned Learning tab, you will see the trainings that have been assigned to you.
