Through the Toy Shop & Behind the Curtain: The Artistry of Gina M. at the Cal Poly Pomona Don B. Huntley Art Gallery - 3801 West Temple Ave., Pomona, CA, 91768

Artist Gina M.'s toy shop won't give you the warm and fuzzies. The immersive installation features a sad and twisted "menagerie of misfits." Broken and rusted toys remind guests of a darker side of childhood. The opening reception takes place on Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m. with an artist talk at 3:30 p.m. COST: FREE
