License Agreement

Residents residing within University Housing Services must review and sign a License Agreement. Below you will find our up to date License Agreement for the current and previous academic year. 

2024-2025 License Agreement

Students interested in applying for housing for the 2024-2025 academic year will be required to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Policies and Regulations, and Community Guidelines as part of the application process. To be prepared and save time, please read these documents prior to accessing the online contract.

What is FERPA?

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, sets forth requirements regarding the privacy of student records. FERPA governs the limited release of these records (known as education records) maintained by an educational institution and access to these records.
