Submitting the Final Version of your Thesis or Project for Library Format Review
- Submit an email request that includes your thesis or project as a PDF (.pdf) or Word (.docx) attachment to libraryformat@cpp.edu. Appointments are required and should be scheduled before the thesis/project deadline. At this point your paper must be finalized, defended, and approved by your committee members before you contact the library.
- If the reviewer determines that your paper has NOT been formatted according to the standards outlined in the formatting checklist (pdf), then they may ask you to revise your submission according to the sample guide (pdf) and resubmit. If this occurs, the Library reviewer will respond to your initial request with an email including a formatting checklist (pdf) of steps to be completed prior to your format review session. Once you have updated the paper, please contact the library again to schedule a date and time for a formatting review.
Once you have authorization to submit your formatted project or thesis, please submit it through Adobe Sign (pdf) for library formatting signature approval.
