Mental Health Self-Screening
Mental Health America (MHA) is the nation's leading community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental illness and promoting overall mental health for everyone. Mental Health America's work is focused on prevention services for all; early identification and intervention for those at risk; integrated care, services, and support for those who need it; and recovery as a goal. Mental Health America provides scientifically validated online mental health screenings that are free, confidential, and anonymous to help individuals understand and learn about their current mental health.
