Sometimes it is not obvious that someone is hurting emotionally. There are signs and symptoms that one can be aware of that may help others feel cared for, understood, and get them connected to resources. SuicideIsPreventable.org seeks to educate everyone on how to look for the signs, find the words to support someone struggling, and reach out for help.
