Welcome to the 2024 Retreat for the CSU AGEP Alliance for Diversity & Strengths of STEM Faculty! We look forward to seeing you, spending time with you in person, and sharing the beautiful Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove, California.

Getting ready for the Retreat

Here’s an early to-do list:

Register before Tuesday, May 21st
Make sure you have your actual campus ID card with you! (You will need it for checking in at the Asilomar Conference Grounds so we do not have to pay occupancy tax.)
If you have not already done so, submit a travel approval request via your own campus Concur system. If your campus does not use Concur, please obtain travel pre-authorization through your campus process.
Save all your travel receipts!
Please bring your re-usable water bottle and/or travel coffee cup, as we always hope to reduce plastic waste.
Continue to look at the Retreat website for information about the schedule, amenities and features of Asilomar Conference Grounds, and things to do in the area.
