Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students
Christina M. Gonzales
Vice President and Dean of Students Christina Gonzales leads the departments and units that make up the Division of Student Affairs, and provides leadership for a wide-range of programs and services that support your transition to Cal Poly Pomona and deepen your out-of-class experiences. She also serves as a member of President Coley's Cabinet.

Division Leaders
Jonathan Grady, Ph.D.
Senior Associate Vice President for Equity and Belonging
As the Senior Associate Vice President for Equity and Belonging, Dr. Grady leads areas including Student Support and Equity Programs, the Veterans Resource Center, and Cultural and Identity Initiatives.
Megan Stang, Ed.D.
Associate Vice President, Student Experience
As the AVP for Student Experience, Dr. Stang oversees departments such as University Housing Services, the famous Rose Float Program, Orientation and Student Engagement, Leadership and Success (SELS). She works closely with divisional leadership to create and grow partnerships to promote student learning and success.
Hallie Lewis
Associate Vice President, Student Wellbeing and Support
As the AVP for Wellbeing and Support, Hallie oversees departments such as Health and Wellness Services, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and the Care Center. She works across campus to ensure the health and wellbeing of students.
Kaitlyn Sedzmak
Chief of Staff, Student Affairs
As the Chief of Staff for Student Affairs, Kaitlyn works closely with Vice President Gonzales and other leaders to support Division goals and initiatives and manage resources that support student success.
Brian Swanson
Director, Intercollegiate Athletics
As the Director for Intercollegiate Athletics, Brian oversees all ten athletic programs competing at the NCAA DII level, including baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's track and field, mens and women's soccer, and volleyball.
Liz Roosa Millar, Ph.D.
Executive Director, Associated Students, Inc.
As the Executive Director for Associated Students, Inc., Dr. Roosa Millar is responsible for its overall management and administration, which includes financial services and budget matters, human resources, marketing, design and public relations and the operations of the BSC, BRIC and Children’s Center.
