Volunteers

- Definition
- A Volunteer is an individual who performs work or provides services without compensation for a semester, academic year, calendar year, session or any part thereof, not to exceed one year. Volunteers should not replace or supplant the work performed by employees (represented or non-represented) and may not be used in full-time, long-term assignments.
- Volunteer Information
- All volunteers are required to fill out the Volunteer Identification Form. This will include identifying a summary of assignments and duties.
- Volunteers are required to have a background check.
- Any volunteers driving on the behalf of the University are required to take Defensive Driver Training.
