Araceli Guzmán Named Interim Director, Student Conduct and Integrity

The Dean of Students Office today announced that Araceli Guzmán has been named Interim Director of the Office of Student Conduct and Integrity. Araceli will spend the next academic year leading an external review of the office, hearing university-level cases, building and supporting the team and working with campus stakeholders to create and reimagine initiatives and services. The permanent position will post Spring 2023.

Araceli brings 13 years of experience in Higher Education leading a team, overseeing student conduct and emergency response and creating and sustaining campus partnerships. Most recently, she served as Senior Coordinator for University Housing Services, overseeing their student conduct system and supporting the Residence Life Team. Araceli is passionate about upholding students to standards of personal integrity in harmony with their educational goals and believes in creating an equitable process with a holistic and restorative approach that aids in student retention.
