You can make payments online in Bronco Direct, or in person in the Student Services Building (first floor, green counter). You'll find accepted payment methods on the Accounting & Cashering Services Website, which is linked below. Remember - you can also sign up for a monthly payment plan at www.cpp.afford.com.
Be sure to pay attention to fee payment deadlines. If you are not receiving financial aid, your courses will be dropped due to non-payment.

Financial aid disburses, or is applied to, your account balance twice a year. This happens approximately 10 days before the first day of the term, as long as you are enrolled in a specific amount of units based on the type of aid you receive.
-
You need to be enrolled in 6+ units to receive a full Stafford loan or Parent Plus loan
-
You need to be enrolled in 7+ units to receive a full Middle Class Scholarship and the State University Grant
-
You need to be enrolled in 12+ units to receive a full Pell Grant, Cal Grant A or B and EOP Grant
If you are not enrolled in enough units by disbursement, don't panic. Enroll in these units and your aid will disburse within 24 hours. If you don't, you will receive an adjusted aid package after Add/Drop. You can find the contact information for your financial aid counselor on the Financial Aid and Scholarship website below.
The Registrar's Office provides an important link between CPP's academic policies and students. The office also ensures the University's compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) so that your academic and personal information is protected.
REGISTRATION HOLDS
In the BroncoDirect Student Center, there is a box labeled 'Holds' in the upper right hand corner. A hold may or may not prevent you from registering for classes, so it's important that you take care of them ahead of time. The Bronco Advising Center has a how-to video that walks you through how to check your holds. You can find it and lots of other how-to videos on their YouTube channel.

One of your most valuable resources are subject matter librarians. Each academic department has an assigned librarian that manages the library collection for that area and is knowledgeable about research in that field.
Contact a librarian to make an appointment or stop by the research help desk for immediate assistance. On the library website, you'll find research guides, writing and studying tips, tutorials, a complete library map and more.
Remember to bring your Bronco Access card to check out any materials, access the 24 hour library, and print. You may print materials from a library computer.
