How to Apply
Students must meet eligibility requirements to participate in the Reading, Advising, & Mentoring Program (RAMP). To apply, complete the following three steps:
- Program Application 2024-25
- Income Verification Form (IVF) 2024-25
- To complete the IVF, you will need the following information:
- Parents/Guardian's taxable income (if you are considered to be dependent student on the FAFSA) OR your taxable income (if you are considered independent). Taxable income can be found IRS Form 1040, Line 15.
- Size of family unit
- Parent/Guardian signature (if dependent student)
- To complete the IVF, you will need the following information:
- Reading Assessment (once we receive your Application and IVF and determine that you are eligible for the program, a staff member will contact you to schedule your assessment)
The Application and Income Verification Form require you to provide information that may not be readily available (such as tax information). With the application, you won't be able to save and resume later; with the IVF, you can save and resume the form within two weeks.
At this time, there is no application deadline, but we strongly encourage students to apply at the beginning of the semester.
If you have any questions, please email ramp@cpp.edu.
Continuing Participants
Once you are accepted to RAMP, you are a participant until you graduate (or leave the university). We ask that you complete the Participant Update form once per academic year (click here for the 2024-25 form).
