Requirements
- Attend select workshops per term (titles may vary)
- Fall term: How to Get the Most Out of Your Mentor/Mentee Relationship, Writing a Literature Review and Abstract
- Spring term:Calendar, Writing a Research Analysis, Imposter Syndrome
- Attend one culturally relevant activity per term
- Participate in the RIO Winter Retreat during the winter intersession
- Meet with Peer Mentor twice in fall, four times in spring
- Present at the RSCA conference
- Turn in preliminary literature review and abstract by the end of winter intersession
- Turn in final research report and submit to Bronco ScholarWorks by the end of spring

Meet with a program advisor at least once per semester. Please search Outlook for an email that includes "Calendly" to find the link to schedule a meeting with yours (either Dr. Barraza, Ari, or Lauren).

Proof of Event Attendance
Description: As a part of your RIO participation, you are required to attend workshops and culturally relevant activities each semester.
