Join us, Monday, April 29, 2024, 8-9pm, for our very first, Poly-Kroma's Motion Festival! As time and technology has evolved, more diverse and emerging artforms such as time-based media, digital and technical illustration, motion graphics, video, gaming and animation have become integral to the arts and creative processes at Cal Poly Pomona, and its forward-thinking Art Department. Along with this evolution, the Art Dept. presents this year, for the first time, Poly-Kroma's Motion Festival!  The Motion Festival celebrates and features time-based work by Visual Communication Design students including motion graphics and animation. The festival is curated by faculty and industry leaders. This year’s Motion Festival is held after the 2D3D+ Reception & Award Ceremony and will be screened outdoors, outside on the lawn across from of the Kellogg University Art Gallery (35A).
