Possible signs of concern
- Compromised user account (e.g., Phish/SPAM, malware, unauthorized use/access, unusual activity)
- Compromised computer (e.g., malware, ransomware, unusual activity, unrecognized messages)
- Unusual/unauthorized changes or loss to campus data, websites, applications or equipment
- Victim of a Cyber-related crime
Who do I contact if I suspect an Information Security Incident?
IMMEDIATELY, contact- The IT Service Desk immediately if you are unsure about the security of your account or suspect a breach of information security, and/or
- Carol Gonzales, AVP/IT Security & Compliance/Chief Information Security Officer (carolhg, 909-979-6457), and/or
- Your HEERA Manager
Who do I contact if I have been a Victim of a Crime?
IMMEDIATELY contact Campus Police Department at 909-869-3070 (24 hours/day) if you have been a victim of any crime.
Cyber crimes include criminal activiites carried out by means of computers or the internet. They include, but are not limited to credit and gift card scams, cyber stalking, identity theft, use of campus information assets in the commission of a crime, theft of any campus equipment.
