IT&IP News and Service Notices for June 27
On-Campus Phone Maintenance
Summary: The Division of Information Technology and Institutional Planning (IT&IP) will perform maintenance to on-campus desk and wall phones on Thursday evening, June 27, from 9:30 to 10 p.m.
What does this mean to me? All on-campus phones will re-boot during this maintenance period. However, active phone calls will not be impacted until after the call is complete.
Planned Maintenance Windows
- Thursdays, 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., midnight.
- Sundays, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- IT Service Status
During these times, online services may be briefly unavailable without advance notice.

Don’t get Phished!
CPP staff, faculty, students, and vendors affiliated with the university will never send messages asking you to provide your account information, authorize a Duo authentication, or submit a form containing personal information. If you receive such an email or text message, don’t respond; forward it to suspectemail@cpp.edu immediately. If you suspect your account has been compromised, perform a password reset. Contact the IT Service Desk directly if you have any questions about the status of your BroncoAccount.
