IT&IP News and Service Notices for June 20

The Division of Information Technology and Institutional Planning (IT&IP) and vendors will perform the following maintenance and upgrades over the next seven days within and outside our planned maintenance windows.

Building Network Maintenance

Summary: IT&IP will be performing network maintenance this evening at buildings 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 and 17.

What does this mean to me: Wi-Fi, phones, and other network connections will be unavailable for maintenance from 9:30 p.m. to midnight.

Additionally, IT&IP will perform network maintenance on Thursday, June 27, at buildings 1, 8, 97 and 98, from 9:30 p.m. to midnight.

25Live Event Scheduling Maintenance

Summary: The 25Live, room and event scheduling services will be unavailable Saturday, June 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What does this mean to me: All Series25 services including 25Live, Series25 LYNX Interface, 25Live Reports, Group Administration, 25Live Publisher, X25 Analytics, Schedule25 Optimizer, Series25 Pricing, Series25 Data Import, and Eval25 production and testing environments will be unavailable while the vendor performs planned maintenance.

  • Sundays, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
