Device Loaner Program
Client Services provides a device loaner program for staff and faculty based on user needs and equipment availability. We offer various devices for loan, including PC and Mac laptops, iPads, and other computing devices.
Student loaner devices are available through the Library's Tech Lending Program.
Types of Device Loans

* Depending upon the requested services, a chargeback may be required.
IMPORTANT: Loaner devices should NOT be used to augment a lack of departmental resources in budgeting or purchasing computers, such as for part-time staff members, adjunct professors or student assistants. Loaner devices will be provided only for a user's primary computer when under repair. Please submit an IT Device Purchase Review request to procure the resources your department requires to maintain normal business operations.

Checking Out Equipment
To request to check out equipment from Client Services, please submit an IT Device Loaner Request. Specify the type and quantity of equipment, dates needed and reason for the loan. IT will respond with a confirmation of availability. Devices are available on a first come, first served basis. Device availability is not guaranteed until email confirmation and specific models are subject to change at any time.
