About the Awards

IT Staff of the Year

There will be one award presented annually to the individual that best exemplifies the Key Aspects of IT Success.  The awardee will represent the very best employee in our division.

IT Project of the Year

There will be one award annually presented to a project team that best exemplifies the Key Aspects of IT Success.  Projects can be any type of project including but not limited to, a one-time project, emergency response projects, expected reoccurring projects, internal projects, external projects, etc.

IT Project Teams can and often will consist of team members from various parts of IT and even outside of IT, the team membership needs to be comprised of 75% from IT Division.

The project should be completed within the timeframe of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.

Other factors that will decide the project team of the year are:

• Amount of work done relative to the duration of the project
• Number of individuals impacted relative to the value of that impact
• The results and outcomes of the project
