Date: January 22, 2018

Time: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

Information: Members of the President's Cabinet met with master plan consulting firm Ayers Saint Gross to provide a progress update and overview of previously held workshops.

Date: January 23, 2018

Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Information: The Transportation Advisory Committee and members from Associated Students Inc., university housing, Bronco athletics, health services, childcare center, and student groups met with master plan consulting firm Ayers Saint Gross for individual sessions throughout the day. The topics addressed involved issues that are of particular importance to stakeholders.

Information: Representatives of the University Library met with Ayers Saint Gross and addressed issues and concerns that are unique to the facility.

Time: 8 to 12 p.m.

Location: BSC - Centaurus Room

Information: The master plan consulting firm met with members of University Police, Office of Student Life & Cultural Centers, and dining to discuss issues that are priorities to students and stakeholders.

Time: 4 to 5 p.m.

Location: George P. Hart Academic Senate Offices

Information: Members of the Academic Senate were given an overview of the campus master planning process by Ayers Saint Gross. The Campus Master Plan will play a key role along with the Strategic Plan and the Academic Master Plan in the future path of the university.

Time:  11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Information: The master plan consulting firm met with members of Registrar's Office, Registrar, Scheduling & Instructional Space, and Governmental Affairs to discuss issues that are priorities to students and stakeholders.

Time:  12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Information: The master plan consulting firm met with members of IT, Kellogg West Conference Center, Bookstore, and Alumni Association to discuss issues that are priorities to students and stakeholders.

Information: Members of the President's Cabinet met with master plan consulting firm Ayers Saint Gross to provide updates on progress and timeline. Discussion included space analytics and an overview of previously held workshops.

Information: The master plan consulting firm met with the President to discuss space utilization analytics.

Time: 12 to 2 p.m.

Information: The master plan consulting firm held a concepts work session with the President.

Information: The master plan consulting firm met with the President to discuss master plan strategies for specific sites.

Time: Noon to 1:30 p.m.

Location: Conference Room C. Building 81

Information: Transportation Advisory Committee members received updates on the latest measures to address challenging transportation and parking issues facing the campus, including the possible construction of additional parking structures, creation of a bike corridor through the heart of campus and the promotion of alternative modes of transportation. A Metro Rail substation near the university is in the works.

Date: February 4, 2019

Information:  Members of the President's Cabinet met with master plan consulting firm Ayers Saint Gross. Topics included the master plan process, schedule, and draft plans.

Time: 9 to 11 a.m.

Location: West Multipurpose Room #1969, Student Services Building

Information: The Provost's Council, which consists of college deans, received an update on the Campus Master Plan from consulting firm Ayers Saint Gross. Among the issues addressed were the Master Plan timeline, transportation and parking, pedestrian and bike corridors, and space utilization in the Bronco Student Center. Ayers Saint Gross offered findings in a campus space utilization analysis in a second presentation.

Time: 3:30 to 5 p.m.

Location: West Multipurpose Room #1969, Student Services Building

Information: Campus Master Plan from consulting firm Ayers Saint Gross briefed the University Leadership Council, which is composed of college deans and a core group of campus administrators, on the current phase of the process. Topics addressed included the Master Plan timeline, campus pedestrian environment, transportation and parking issues, campus space utilization, academic hubs, and the future of the CLA tower.
