Timeline depicts six major steps towards completion of the CEQA/EIR process which is anticipated to take approximately 16-18 months from start to finish. An arrow shows the Public EIR Scoping Meeting to be held on April 24, 2024, during the 30-day public review of a Notice of Preparation beginning on April 8 to May 8, 2024.
