Dr. Xuguang (Steve) Guo is a Professor of Management and Human Resources at Cal Poly Pomona. He holds a Ph.D. degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His research focuses on human resource management, workers’ compensation, and health insurance. He teaches human resource management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and internship courses. Before Cal Poly Pomona, Dr. Guo worked as a faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He also worked as an HR manager for China Ocean Shipping Company.
