Dr. Caligiuri holds a Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University and a background of 15 years of hotel management, bringing a unique blend of academic expertise and real-world experience to the classroom and his research. His research focuses on identity management, specifically concealable stigmatized identities, and motivation in the workplace. Dr. Caligiuri conducts both qualitative and quantitative research in exploring the lived experiences of employees in the workplace. Currently, he has research published in top management journal such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior in addition multiple research articles under review in other top tier management journals.
