John B. Wyatt III, J.D. is a Full Professor of Finance, Real Estate and Law at Cal Poly Pomona. He is a Fellow of the National Contract Management Association and serves on the Editorial Review Board of the National Contract Management Association's blind reviewed referred journal, Journal of Contract Management. He is a licensed attorney, admitted to practice in Ohio and licensed to practice before all federal courts and boards involving federal government contracting, including he U.S. Supreme Court. He is the faculty founder of the Society of Law, Contracts and Property and has served as it primary advisor since its inception in 1994. He is also a frequent speaker to various groups (e.g. Rotary Club and other civic organizations) promoting animal rescue, foster and adoption.
