Bio 

Dr. Chantal van Esch is an award-winning professor of management and our Faculty in Residence here at Cal Poly Pomona. She takes a multi-disciplinary approach to teaching organizational behavior, leadership, diversity in organizations, senior project, and business abroad. Dr. van Esch is committed to delivering quality education to both undergraduate and MBA students.

In addition to her outstanding teaching career, Dr. van Esch is a prolific author who has extensively researched and written about career development and diversity. Her research emphasizes developmental relationships (such as mentoring), leadership development, academic careers, and management education. Her publications are highly regarded and have contributed significantly to the field of management and organizational behavior.
