The Poly Post Wins 7th Place at the Fall 2020 Clips & Clicks Contest

The Poly Posts places 7th among the Associated Collegiate Press (ACP) inaugural Clips & Clicks Contest. The contest had 354 submissions and honors student journalist work within the fall 2020 semester. Below are a list of wins and honorable mentions received.
- Best Broadcast Feature Story, 2nd place: CPP animal update (Cathy Myers, Coco Chica, Nicholas Talamante)
- Best Informational Graphic Design, 5th place: CPP administrators mind $20M budget gap (Nicolas Hernandez)
- Best Opinion Writing, honorable mention: Everything, Everything breathes new life into well-trodden themes on 'Re-Animator' (Nicolas Hernandez)
- Best Sports Story Writing, honorable mention: Skateboarding and roller-skating ramp up in popularity (Diana Vasques, Donoven Aceves); Second act: Circus art courses move outdoors to downtown Pomona (Juan Godinez); and CPP students get their game on at Bronco Esports' Frag Fest 2020 (Arturo Aguirre)
