General Admissions Requirements for the MSA Program
The admission to this program is based on a holistic view of the following criteria:
e) GMAT or GRE is not required for Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 admission due to the pandemic. f) English Proficiency Test only for Applicants with prior degrees conducted not in English

Follow Up Once you have submitted your application online and paid the fee, you should receive correspondence from Admissions & Enrollment Planning with a Bronco ID number. You can use that ID number to login to your Bronco Direct account and check on the status of your application. It is the applicant’s responsibility to check his/her account and follow up with both Admissions & Enrollment Planning and the Graduate Business Administration office to see that all required documents are received prior to the deadline dates. |
General Admissions Requirements for International Students
For international applicants, the same general admissions requirements as stated above apply. However, international applicants are also required to provide the following information in addition to the CSU application:
1) Affidavit of Financial Support
2) Agreement to Purchase Cal Poly Pomona Group Health Insurance
3) Supplementary Information of International (VISA) applicants

Accounting Foundation Courses: Primarily for students with non-accounting undergraduate degrees. These courses can be waived.
- GBA 6080 Accounting and Managerial Decision (3) (Can be replaced by taking ACC 3210 Cost Accounting)
- ACC 5122 Financial Accounting and Analysis (3) (Can be replaced by taking both ACC 3110 Intermediate Accounting (3) and ACC 3120 Intermediate Accounting II (3)
- ACC 5310 Introduction to Taxation (3)
- ACC 5510 Accounting Information Systems (3)
- ACC 5810 Auditing (3)
Students must earn a "C" or better in each of the following (or their equivalent) with a minimum overall GPA for the prerequisite courses of 3.0. The waiver decision will be made by the Program Coordinator for the Accelerated MSA Program.
