Dr. Megan Good is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Cal Poly Pomona in the College of Business Administration. Working in healthcare- and technology-based firms, her work experience included marketing analytics focused on measurement, research, analysis, market evaluations and sales designed to proactively engage productive organizational decisions. She received her marketing Ph.D. at New Mexico State University, an MBA (healthcare focus) at Grand Valley State University in Michigan, and a BA (business administration) at Michigan State University. Her research focuses on assessment (performance, management & measurement, sales emotions, direct consumer promotions) and business ethics. Dr. Good has published in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals including Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Journal of Marketing Theory & Practice, International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, and Journal of Consumer Behaviour. Dr. Good provides students and the business community with an applications-based perspective of analytics. Merging practitioner experience and an analytics-focus, Dr. Good brings to the classroom a unique perspective on how digital marketing professionals and those interested in the discipline realistically apply evolving information to dynamic marketplaces.
