Sean Bennett

Meta - Head of Channel Operations, Reality Labs (RL)

RL is an industry leader in VR & AR products and technologies. The current RL product lines include the popular Oculus VR brand of products, as well as Portal, a smart video communications device with Alexa built-in. Sean created and cultivated the global team that he now leads with responsibility for the operational planning and execution of hardware supply for B2B (Retail, Carrier, Enterprise) and DTC (e-commerce) sales channels. Sean's team manages order-to-cash, retail collaborative planning, supply allocation management, product and retail
partner on-boarding, and reseller operational initiatives and projects. Prior to Facebook, Sean has held important leadership roles within operations and customer supply chain at a number of companies ranging from start-ups to fortune 100 companies, including; Sun Microsystems (now part of Oracle), OQO, Polycom (now part of Poly), and SanDisk (now part of Western Digital) Sean received a B.S. degree in Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and an MBA from The University of Arizona. He holds Stanford Certified in Project Management and APICS CPIM certifications. He resides in San Ramon with his wife, Michelle and their two children
