Overview: Join the growing number of CPP instructors who have completed the Motivating Learners online short course! Designed by faculty who study the psychology of motivation, it offers lots of practical tips that can be easily implemented.

CAFE's Winter Institute 2025

Overview: The goal of CAFE Winter Institute 2025 is to empower faculty with practical pedagogical tools, robust scholarship, and a community of peers to create anti-racist classes that promote equity, justice, and success for all students.

Faculty Reciprocal Peer Coaching Spring 2025

Peer-to-peer reciprocal coaching is a systematic method for faculty to work in partnership to use new teaching skills and/or hone basic skills into sophisticated praxis. Overview: Say the Right Thing: How to Talk About Identity, Diversity, and Justice by Kenji Yoshino and David Glasgow is a “practical, shame-free guide for navigating conversations across our differences.” Facilitated by Cindy Pickett (Psychology).
