Senior Faculty Engagement

The Legacy stage is frequently overlooked. However, as faculty approach retirement they often think about how they can complete their legacy at CPP and they have a wealth of wisdom and affection for the CPP community. The Finding Retirement Fulfillment Faculty Learning Community (FRF-FLC) provides a respectful, caring environment for faculty to reflect on plans and work on a project that reflects their collected affection for CPP and allows faculty time and space to accomplish these projects before and after retirement. The goal is to allow retired faculty to continue to be involved in campus life in meaningful and fulfilling ways.
