We recognize that members of the Cal Poly Pomona community have been deeply impacted by the current fires affecting the Los Angeles region.
Admissions
Spring 2025 Incoming Students and Fall 2025 Applicants
Affected students are highly encouraged to seek assistance from the Office of Admissions if they need support submitting transcripts, deferring admissions and more.

Financial Aid and Support
We are committed to supporting you through this process and hope you and your families continue to stay safe. If you have incurred expenses as a result of the fires, you may submit them as part of a Cost of Attendance Adjustment request. Please be aware that any additional aid offered will likely be in the form of Loans, as there is no grant funding specifically related to the fires at this time.
Note: 2025-26 FAFSA & CADAA priority deadline for all high schools and colleges in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties has officially been moved to April 2, 2025.

Student Accounting & Cashering Services (SACS)
- Direct Deposit: You are highly encouraged to sign up for direct deposit for automated deposits directly to your bank account. Visit the SACS website to learn how to set this up.
- Paper Checks: The Altadena Post Office on 2271 Lake Ave. is currently closed. During this closure, you can pick up your mail at the Pasadena Post Office located at 600 Lincoln Ave, Pasadena, CA 91109, Mon - Fri, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

1098-Tax Forms
Your 1098-T form will be available via BroncoDirect beginning January 20, 2025. For instructions to download your 1098-T, click here. Add/Drop Period - Spring 2025
The Add/Drop period will be extended for impacted students and additional support will be provided for those needing to submit late Add/Drop petitions.
Submitting a Leave of Absence Form
Affected students who may need to break enrollment for more than one term can submit a Leave of Absence form. International Students should consult with their advisor prior to submitting this form.
Student Records
Impacted alumni who lost their diplomas may contact the Registrar's Office to request a complimentary replacement copy.
