Faculty & Staff
The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch is managed and operated by Collins College students. The RKR is a Cal Poly Pomona class that students take for credit under the watchful eye of industry veterans on the faculty and staff — all who happen to be Collins College alumni.
Faculty members Kenneth Dokko and Jason Zhang provide front-of-the-house instruction to the lunch and dinner classes, while Chef Instructor Ray Bishop provides culinary instruction to the lunch and dinner classes.
In addition to the faculty team, the culinary laboratory coordinator is on staff to provide support as the restaurant's purchasing agent.
