All audio/visual content use at Cal Poly Pomona must have captions to meet university accessibility requirements.  Let us assist you in making your content accessible.

Ready to get your content captioned?

1. Five days advance notice
2. MediaVision provides captioning at no cost to any content that is used as part of your course materials.
3. For content that is not part of course materials the syncing of captioning at no cost; however, we are unable to generate a transcript of your event.
   1. If you do not have a transcript then there is a $99/hour ($1.65/min) charge for transcription as we send this out to a third-party company.
   2. If you provide us with a transcript of the event we can provide the captions at no charge.
4. We can only provide captions for the following formats:
   • Online content hosted by the university
   • DVDs & BluRays
   • Public YouTube and Vimeo content through Amara.org
