The Institute seeks to empower you to write your future into existence.

Cal Poly Pomona’s annual Womxn’s Leadership Institute is on Saturday, March 18 from 8am-5pm. It will be held at BSC Ursa Major (Building 35).
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks will be provided
- Must successfully complete the sign-up form and be the first 75 to attend.
- Must be a Cal Poly Pomona student
- You must be available for the entirety of the institute.
Facilitators are trusted womxn leaders and role models who lead small cohorts of WLI student participants throughout the event, help answer questions and concerns, and facilitate open dialogues and activities among their cohort. We intentionally match facilitators with their cohort group based on shared lived experiences so that our student participants feel seen, heard, valued, as well see someone like themselves in in a leadership role.

Volunteers support the WLI committee with tasks before and during the event. All folx, regardless of gender identity, are encouraged to volunteer.
