Womxn's Leadership Institute
The Womxn's Leadership Institute is a 1-day in-person leadership development conference focused on empowering womxn students at CPP through community building, mentorship, networking and workshops facilitated by industrious womxn leaders.
Our goal is to foster womxn's leadership and mentorship, and all Cal Poly Pomona students interested in furthering this mission may participate in the Institute, regardless of their race, color, national origin or sex.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks will be provided
- Must successfully complete the sign-up form and be the first 75 to attend.
- Must be a Cal Poly Pomona student
- You must be available for the entirety of the institute.
Facilitators are trusted womxn leaders and role models who lead small cohorts of WLI student participants throughout the event, help answer questions and concerns, and facilitate open dialogues and activities among their cohort. We intentionally match facilitators with their cohort group based on shared lived experiences so that our student participants feel seen, heard, valued, as well see someone like themselves in in a leadership role.

Volunteers support the WLI committee with tasks before and during the event. All folx, regardless of gender identity, are encouraged to volunteer.
