Mindfulness Monday’s is a 30-minute biweekly mindfulness session held in collaboration with Cal Poly Pomona's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).

The workshops are designed to have participants start their week off calm, focused, and aware. Activities include, journaling, art, sound therapy, and meditation.
