Deadline for Incoming Transfer Students to Submit Official Transcript with ADT Awarded

Final official transcripts to meet admissions requirements are due July 15.

Deadline to Submit Summer/Fall 2025 Academic Plan

Review your email for the link to submit your plan.

Monitor CPP email with program deadlines, registration, upcoming workshops, etc.
Remain in the same major you selected when you came to CPP (unless Undeclared).
Successfully complete 30 units toward your degree by the end of summer term every academic year.
Complete GE Areas A2 and B4 (appropriate to your major) by summer semester of your first year (if you're a part of the 4-Year California Promise).
Maintain a minimum grade point average of 2.5.
Earn a C- or better or CR (Credit) in all course work taken.
Be continuously enrolled for the fall and spring terms each year.
Submit your academic plan for priority registration by the deadline each term.
Create an appointment via CPP Connect with your advisor if you need assistance updating your academic plan.
Enroll in at least 15 units at Cal Poly Pomona in your first fall term.
