Information for Guests
All guests (including vendors, contractors and community visitors) should review these guidelines when they come to campus:
- Guests do not need to seek pre-approval or pre-authorization before coming to campus.
- Guests must adhere to the campus health and safety protocols while on campus.
- If you experience a COVID-19 incident within one week after visiting campus, you should complete the Self-Reporting Form for Guests (see below) immediately upon knowledge. An incident may include: close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, positive COVID-19 test within 14 days, ordered by local Public Health Department or medical department to quarantine/isolate.
Report COVID-19 Case or Exposure (Guests and Visitors)
Guests and visitors should use Self-Reporting Form for Guests to report any of these:
- Experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
- Recent positive COVID-19 test (within 7 days)
- Ordered by local Public Health Department or medical department to quarantine/isolate
Protocols for Vendors
Vendors who conduct business on campus are required to follow Cal Poly Pomona health and safety protocols. If vendors are not complying with the regulations, contact Procurement at procurement@cpp.edu.
